In this neo-noir crime drama, Ayan, a police detective, visits a small village to investigate the disappearance of three girls. He soon uncovers the village’s history of caste-based discrimination, rampant in India despite its official prohibition, and sets out on a deadly serious crusade against sexual, caste, and religious violence.
