Fed up with the red tape of the Swedish medical system, a doctor leaves for Ethiopia. In an area where doctors are scarce, he hopes he can finally learn the meaning of the Hippocratic Oath. He begins to see more than 100 patients a day and begins to wonder if the infrastructure helps or ultimately hurts doctors.
