"'Barcelona' is a short film that I made with my friend, Hugo Zapata. After watching the films of Bela Tarr, I was influenced by his continuous, monochromatic images, and decided that a slow, non-dialogue driven piece would be the best way to show the suffering one endures when they are far from home for too long." - Kevin Ostrica
