Gabbeh(گبه)

An old married couple stop at a stream to wash their gabbeh – an intricately-designed traditional Persian rug. Magically, a young woman appears, a figure who is depicted in the design of the gabbeh. As she helps the couple clean the rug, she recounts her epic tale of love and loss.
