In small-town, hard-scrabble New Hampshire, foul-mouthed all-talk slacker John "Rugged" Rudgate fancies himself a criminal. When Rugged tries to take over his friend's storage business in a bid to make it big in he criminal world, he attracts the attention of a local cop and sets off a chain of events he is not equipped to handle.
