Set six months after the 1979 Iranian revolution, this film recounts forty-eight hours in the life of Mostafa Chamran, commander of the Iran-Iraq War and Iran’s first post-revolutionary defense minister. On orders from Iran’s leader, Ayatullah Khomeini, Chamran attempts to defend the city of Paveh from anti-revolutionary forces.
