Saya Kisaragi may seem like a normal, small town high school student, but every night she heads into battle --- using a ceremonial sword given to her by her father, Saya vanquishes monsters who try to eat her village's inhabitants. After overhearing some monsters discussing a broken covenant, however, Saya begins to uncover disturbing truths about herself and the town she protects.
