Doc Martin

When Doc Martin develops an aversion to blood, he abandons his distinguished career as a London surgeon and becomes the only doctor in a small seaside village where he went on holidays as a child. While Martin is highly skilled as a general practitioner, his socially awkward personality and poor bedside manner soon causes conflict with the locals.
