A group of Czechoslovak Radio journalists distribute independent news in the early days of the Prague Spring. A radio technician named Tomáš is committed to defying communist censorship and propaganda, but when security forces ask him to spy for them, Tomáš must choose between betraying his colleagues or protecting his brother, Pája.
