In this movie-musical, a young musician named Maisie, narrates the story of her parent's bittersweet love story beginning in 1950s New Zealand. Through the re-imaginings of iconic New Zealand pop songs, the film follows her parents Eric and Rose from the start of their relationship until its end in the 1980s.
