After a reporter is murdered on the way to work, the police get a call from a clairvoyant who says he had a vision of the crime but couldn’t get a clear view of the perpetrator. The investigation turns to the Luxor Hotel, as a web of characters get involved under the potential re-emergence of the shadowy Dr. Mabuse.
