In Dakar, selling newspapers on the street is an occupation always occupied by boys. One morning, a disabled Senegalese girl, Sili, decides to start selling papers. Sili does a great job, but the boys are not happy. Nevertheless, she dares to imagine what she can be and ignores what others might think.
