Just outside of Rome, in the city of Latina, two identical twins, Marco and Andrea, try to find their place in the world. Andrea explores gender and gender fluidity, while Marco tries to recover from a swimming injury. When Marco's friend starts talking to a woman on a dating profile that he doesn't realize is really Andrea, everything changes.
