Interior decorator Emily Barnes is thrilled when she gets the gig of a lifetime decorating the grand Kalmar Embassy for the festive season. But the new ambassador Magnus Anderson has no time for Christmas and finds the very idea of decorating for the holidays unnecessary and distracting of more important issues. With some encouragement Emily shows Magnus how magical Christmas can really be and as he thaws, sparks soon fly.
