Jesus of Montreal(Jésus de Montréal)

A small-time actor named Daniel, at the request of a Catholic church in Quebec, stages a controversial passion play which garners both support and opposition from the public. After the performance, the lives of Daniel and his cast members begin to take on familiar qualities, forming a parallel to the lives of Jesus and his disciples.
