Red Persimmons(満山紅柿)

Life for inhabitants of the small Japanese village of Kaminoyama is centered around the growing, drying, peeling, and packaging of persimmons unique to their community. But the passage of time threatens their livelihood and the continuation of their traditional culture, and it could mean the end of a centuries-old way of life.
