Roots

Rahel's life stands still. The upcoming artist remains stuck in her creative work. The only thought that drives her is that of her gentle and emphatic daughter Marie. Their relationship, however, seems strained. To confront her fear of losing the connection to her daughter, Rahel, accompanied by Marie, travels to the place where she sought shelter as a young girl. Her parent's house, a house abandoned and embraced by nature. Here she hopes to finally find peace with her daughter and herself, the past and the future.
