Kaiya is watching a movie with her parents who are on opposite sides of the couch; the parents are clearly unhappy with each other. Through narration, Kaiya describes how her parent's divorce affected her. She describes the anger that led to her hurting close friends. During a small argument with one of her friends, Kaiya shouts at her friend, echoing the same harsh words Kaiya's father had said before to her mother. She finally sees the harm she has caused and becomes filled with guilt. After giving herself time to think, she finds solace in forgiving herself, she tells the viewer the importance of forgiving the one person no one ever thinks of yourself.
