Castaway on the Moon(김씨 표류기)

Kim Seong-Geun is hopeless, unemployed, and drowning in debt. When his suicide attempt leads to him washing up on an uninhabited river island, he decides to stay. As he scavenges and learns to farm, he becomes friends with Kim Jung-Yeon, a reclusive young woman whose apartment overlooks the river.
