A Hong Kong police detective works with the CIA to track a mysterious woman suspected of helping a terrorist in his goal of obtaining a nuclear warhead from the Russian mob. Traveling from Hong Kong to Ukraine to Australia, the detective aims to stop the terrorist plot with his martial arts skills all the way underwater and across mountain tops.
