Nirnayam(നിര്‍ണ്ണയം)

Dr. Roy (Mohanlal) is a surgeon who works in a private hospital. He falls in love with his colleague Dr. Annie (Heera Rajgopal). When Annie discovers a frightening organ-smuggling operation in her hospital, it proves to be a turning point in the story.
