A Scene at the Sea(あの夏、いちばん静かな海。)

When Shigeru, a garbage man who is deaf, finds a broken surfboard on one of his runs, he decides to take up surfing with his girlfriend, Takako, who is also deaf. With practice and support, Shigeru may finally have a chance to become one with the sea and the surfing community.
