After cell phones mysteriously start to fly out of peoples hands, Dr. Vaseegeran must get his humanoid robot Chitti back in action. The cell phones take the shape of a giant bird and terrorize the city, as Chitti attempts to stop the wreckage and determine who is causing this strange occurrence.
