Elena Velez is having a moment. New York and London fashion luminaries are taking notice of this recent Parsons grad, no small feat for a self-proclaimed "small town kid" from Milwaukee. Velez has been featured in Teen Vogue and dressed celebs such as Solange and Ariana Grande. But in the fall of 2019, she's at a crossroads. As she debuts a jaw-dropping 2020 Spring-Summer Collection during Milwaukee's Fashion Week with local artists Lex Allen and WebsterX on the runway and performing, Velez wonders if she has what it takes to make it in the fashion big leagues.
