By day, Zakir works as a censor at a prison in Istanbul; by night, he is a student in a creative writing course. The two worlds collide when, for a writing assignment, he steals a photo from an inmate's letter -- a photo of the inmate’s wife. But what begins as an inspiration gradually becomes an obsession.
