Kothanodi

Kothanodi is an Assamese language feature film written and directed by Bhaskar Hazarika and stars Seema Biswas, Adil Hussain, Zerifa Wahid, Urmila Mahanta, Kopil Bora and Asha Bordoloi. A woman plots the murder of her daughter-in-law, while her son meets a woman who has given birth to a 'chulta'; a rich woman marries her daughter to a python, while another tries to save her newborn.
