The 1939 New York World's Fair was one of the largest of all time. More than 25 million people came from around the world to gaze at the myriad number of attractions. The theme of the 1939 fair was "the world of tomorrow." This great collection of clips is dedicated to documenting the historic world's fair and giving you a glimpse of what people thought the future would be like more than 60 years ago! Now for the first time ever we have assembled the best film clips from this amazing moment in history! The first disc shows outdoor stage shows, dancing girls, a strongman, overweight dancers, flappers and keystone cops, jugglers, balancing acts, topless women posing as magazine covers and much more!The second disc shows sideshow barkers, Salvador Dali's "Dream of Venus" walk-through funhouse, amusement rides and penguins.
