When doctors insist that Niloofar’s sickly mother must leave smoggy Tehran for her respiratory health, the family decides that Niloofar, an unmarried business-owner, must accompany her mother to the countryside. As the youngest, Niloofar has always obeyed their orders, but she now finds herself torn between family loyalty and self-determination.
