Former prisoners of German labor camps who are exiled from their Lithuanian village, Jonas and Adolfas Mekas arrived in America in 1949. After 27 years, Jonas Mekas finally embarked on a trip back to his hometown. This film is a compelling document of a divided family and their long-delayed reunion.
