The Silence(Tystnaden)

Ester and Anna are two estranged sisters traveling through a Central European country on the brink of war alongside Anna's young son Johan. Anna is begrudgingly caring for Ester's serious illness when they decide to stay in a nearly deserted hotel in a town where they do not speak the local language.
