At an all-girls school in South Korea, legend goes that if a person climbs the twenty-eight steps to the dormitory and finds a twenty-ninth step, their wish will come true. When best friends So-hee and Jin-sung find themselves competing for a single spot at a Russian ballet school, one of them finds the twenty-ninth step.
