Beste Zangers

De beste zangers van Nederland is a Dutch reality television show broadcast on TROS, Televisie Radio Omroep Stichting which is part of the Netherlands Public Broadcasting. The series was first broadcast between 5 July and 30 August 2009 and was hosted by Edsilia Rombley. It came back for a second and third series in 2010 and 2011 hosted by singer and actor Victor Reinier. In 2012 a fourth series was hosted by Jan Smit. In each series a number of well-known performers are picked and in each episode, one singer is centrally focussed and the remaining artists sing songs by that specific artist. The original artist judges the "covers" of his songs done by the participant artists.
