Black Soul(Âme noire - Black Soul)

In the middle of a Montréal winter, an old lady sits down with her grandson to explore the hardships his ancestors and other Black Canadians have endured throughout history with Jacques Roumain's book Africa, I Have Kept Your Memory. As the film goes on, the boy discovers how these hardships have shaped their unique culture.
