Nova Lituania

In the late 1930s, a geographer seeing a war coming to Lithuania proposes the construction of a “Nova Lithuania” in another country as a place where the Lithuanian population could mass exodus in the face of an occupation. The recently fired prime minister becomes receptive to this plan and becomes willing to help him out.
