In this darkly comic and surreal fantasy film, an enigmatic man arrives at a Caribbean resort and begins to develop a voracious appetite. His sudden mysterious magnetism wins him friends and admirers - including a talking octopus - and involves him in a dangerous spiral mixing political uprising and intestinal meltdown.
