The Most Precious of Cargoes(La plus précieuse des marchandises)

Set during the Second World War, a father, on the way to Auschwitz, throws his baby daughter off the train in an attempt to save her life. The girl is then found in the snow by a woodcutter and his wife, whose lives are transformed by her arrival and their commitment to protect her.
