This controversial film, based on Stefan Aust's research for the book "Der Baader-Meinhoff-Komplex" follows a retelling of the startling 1975 trial of RAF terrorists in the Stammheim maximum-security prison. The infamous trial began in May 1975, extended over 192 days, and ended with a lifetime sentence for all defendants.
