Chaos, This Is ?(هي فوضى..؟)

In Choubra, a cosmopolitan neighborhood of Cairo, a police officer, Hatem, handles neighborhood affairs with an iron hand. Citizens fear him, except Nour who dares to stand up to him. Hatem lusts after Nour when she is secretly in love with another, as the story of a frustrated love takes the center of the neighborhood.
