An allegorical tale about sixteen men named Frank, and one called Pekka. Unhappy with oppression in their Helsinki district, they embark on an epic and epically ironic journey to a nearby district where they imagine they could live better lives. A wry dissection of humanity within a system that regards humans as subservient components.
