Dampyr

During the Balkan War, con artist Harlan travels from village to village making money by pretending to be a Dampyr, half-human and half-vampire, and ridding the towns of what their residents believe to be evil creatures. When he is called to defeat actual vampires, Harlan learns he truly may be more than human.
