An Impossible Love(Un amour impossible)

Working-class Rachel meets wealthy Philippe in the late 1950s and eventually has his child. What follows is the story of a mother and her daughter from 1958 to the present day, and how they weather the storm of time, love, and an abusive father who makes both of their lives a living hell.
