Seven-year-old Ceci must keep a huge secret, and the lives of her family members depend on her silence. She and her mother Lucia live hidden from military repression in Argentina as they await word from the girl’s father, who is thought to be dead. As Ceci attends school and makes friends, however, she begins questioning what she should say and believe.
