Qissa

In post-colonial India, Umber Singh, who was displaced during Partition, seeks to re-establish and grow his family of daughters. His youngest child, Kanwar, is raised as his successor and is expected to marry Neeli. The family is forced to reckon with the truth of their identities after their ill-fated marriage.
