Madrid, 1961. Ana Mari is single, lame, Francoist and instructor of the Sección Femenina. After being recruited for espionage work, she poses as a domestic in the household of Hollywood actress Ava Gardner. Alongside other Francoist spies, Ana Mari collects reports on Gardner’s hedonistic lifestyle, filled with an elite group of artists, aristocrats and expats.
