Nicholas belongs to a wealthy, but dysfunctional family. His mother is an elite businesswoman conducting an affair with her business partner, while his father is a prisoner in his own home with only an electric train set for company. Nicholas works a low-level cafe job and falls in with a group of petty thieves.
